Nastia AI Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Nastia AI for using this website. Browsing it counts as accepting them — and if any part doesn't sit right, the simplest move is just not to use the site.
Who's allowed to use it
This is adult ground. You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. By browsing, you're confirming you clear that bar.
What the site is
We publish reviews, comparisons and editorial coverage of AI companion apps — a guide, not the provider. Accounts, payments and the companions themselves belong to the third-party platforms we write about, under their terms rather than ours. What our content does and doesn't promise is set out in the Disclaimer.
Fair use of the site
Read it, share it, enjoy it. In exchange: don't break, mass-scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the site; don't pass our work off as your own; don't put it to any unlawful purpose. That's the whole list, and it's what keeps the Nastia AI guide usable for everyone.
Who owns what
The text, the design and the original graphics here belong to Nastia AI unless credited otherwise. Quote us with attribution and a link and you're welcome; lift whole articles and you're not. Trademarks and product imagery belonging to the apps we cover stay with them.
Links, partners and the money side
A lot of the outbound links are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission when you sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. You deserve that up front, which is why it gets its own page: the Affiliate Disclosure. We can't vouch for the content or the practices of any outside site you reach from here.
Limits on liability
We work to keep coverage accurate and current, but the site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that arise from using the site or from decisions made on the back of it. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute goes to the courts of England and Wales — unless mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you protections that can't be signed away. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest stand. Together with the policies linked throughout, these terms make up the whole agreement between you and Nastia AI.
Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as the site grows; the date at the top marks the current version, and carrying on using the site means you accept the change.
